US Based Outsourcing Company, looking for IT Professional for the following positions at its Islamabad office:

• Web Developer (2 Positions)
• Web Designer (2 Positions)
• Virtual Assistant (3 Positions)

There will be Jobs / Internships based on the Knowledge of the candidate.

Requirement for each post are as follows:

Web Developer

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Sound knowledge of Concepts of Web Development & Project Management Process Areas
• Sound knowledge of Concepts of Agile Processes
• Software Development Management
• Configuration Management, Change Management, Quality Assurance, Standardizing templates and documentation
• Capabilities-level knowledge of major information technology practices, methodologies, and software packages
• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience in a professional software development environment
• Experience in testing client server and/or Web-based application software
• Ability to write, maintains, and executes automated test scripts
• Knowledge of software testing tools, including defect tracking software
• A thorough understanding of the test phase of the Software Development Life Cycle, knowledge of all phases of SDLC
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, PHP/MySQL and FLASH is a PLUS
• Knowledge of SDLC, OOPS, and structured methodologies

Web Designer

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Expertise in technical project management
• Demonstrated skills in task prioritization and schedule development
• Knowledge of Photoshop and FLASH is a PLUS

Virtual Assistant

• At least Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering
• Windows OS (2000/2003) Troubleshooting
• WINDOWS/SQL server performance monitoring
• Knowledge of Ms Office is a PLUS.
