Job description for this position:

• Development of static demos for clients.
• Conversion of static demos to dynamic elements.
• Development of static elements for websites.
• Design and implement creative designs and graphics using HTML and CSS.
• Experience optimizing images for web user interface and creating HTML/CSS that matches a Photoshop.
• Design layout and understanding how mock ups translate to code.
• Aiding the relevant Web Designer to program dynamic Web Sites using ASP, PHP, ASP.NET, CF or any other scripting languages.
• Work with existing staff to build mock ups and prototypes, establish and create style guidelines and style guide documents as project deliverables.
• Work with external vendors to collaborate on creative web designs.
• Asset Library formation and management including maintenance of templates and image archives.
• Produce a consistent visual image across our web sites.

Skills required for this position:

• Excellent in Data Base driven websites, ASP, JSP, PHP, Cold Fusion, IIS 5.0.
• Excellent working knowledge in design based tools such as Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Freehand, Dream weaver, Photoshop and Corel Draw.
• Hands-on knowledge of current web markup or scripting languages: HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of dynamic or active web content and the use of classic ASP, ASP.NET, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with desktop publishing/imaging applications (Photoshop, Fireworks, Freehand, Illustrator, Flash) for use in creating graphics optimized for the web and other rich media applications.
• Experience and understanding of site architecture, user experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques, etc.

Suitable profile for this position:

• Minimum of BS degree.
• 1 years of experience.
