Wanted Business Development Manager (Pakistan)

Job Description:

- Responsible for seeking out and creating new Businesses.
- Develop existing business.
- Seek out, arrange and develop partnerships, agencies, franchise
and joint ventures.
- To identify, seek and secure new opportunities and customers.
- Employ, train, build and lead effective teams.
- Develop, generate and manage new marketing strategies and
managerial support functions for the different divisions.
- Create Formulate, Develop and Implement Business Plans and
business strategic planning for sales, marketing, brand Promotion and business expansion.
- Improve the profitable growth by being responsible for taking
annual target revenue to achieve in the area of business.
- Prepare and Handle commercial negotiations, agreements and
contractual.
- Prepare project cost estimates, business proposals and time line
defining individual tasks, scope, resources and efforts involved.
- Design the solution and create proposal for each business
opportunity.

Skills:

- Bachelor or master degree from well-known university in business
management ,administration, commerce, sales and marketing fields
- Presently holding general manager or manager post in business
management ,administration, commerce, sales , marketing or related fields.
- Strong and leading personality.
- Should have 5 to 10 years experience in business administration,
management, brand Promotion, business expansion sales and marketing sector.
- Competent in the bidding process.
- Ability to handle multiple functions and activities in high pressure environments with tight deadlines.
- Can independently set up, start and manage new businesses and
companies.
- Successful history of penetrating business operations to profitability in turn around and high-growth situations.
- Experienced in the Business Development while performing in the
cost-efficient manner along with the unwavering quality standards.
- Strong leadership , Competitor Analysis ,excellent planner and
organiser ,target achievement , promotion activities , commercial Management and technically Proficient
- Must be able to demonstrate what new Business/customer he can
bring in the next 3-6 months.
- Excellent computer skills
- Professional knowledge in all business software and programs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English writing ,speaking and reading
- Holding driving license
- Gcc experience will be advantage

Age:

- Age between 30 to 40 years old
