Excellent communications skills.
- Conduct periodic training seminars.
Prepare soft skills training materials.
Ensure all hired employees are inducted through the approved training calendar.
Keep updated training materials and calendar and ensure implementation as per the franchisors standards.
Prepare in coordination with the operations team validation tests.
Keep tracks, records for all the employees who are under training.
Assist the HR Director and the Operations Director in identifying and implementation of the succession planning for each brand, recommend on job training or soft training accordingly.
