Training Manager (Dubai)

Employer:

Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Bachelor degree in hospitality /business administration.

  • Presentations skills.

  • Analysis skills.

  • Computer literate.

  • Excellent communications skills.

    • Conduct periodic training seminars.
  • Prepare soft skills training materials.

  • Ensure all hired employees are inducted through the approved training calendar.

  • Keep updated training materials and calendar and ensure implementation as per the franchisors standards.

  • Prepare in coordination with the operations team validation tests.

  • Keep tracks, records for all the employees who are under training.

  • Assist the HR Director and the Operations Director in identifying and implementation of the succession planning for each brand, recommend on job training or soft training accordingly.
