We are an International Search and Selection Recruitment Consultancy. We have been working in the Middle East for over 5 years and have our office near Knowledge Village in Dubai.

We are now looking to hire a bright, ambitious individual to train as a Recruitment Consultant. No prior recruitment experience is needed as full training will be given. You will however need to have the following attributes,

-Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, -The ability to establish good rapour in a short space of time -Be confident in face to face situations when meeting new people -Be happy working in an office environment -Be a well organised person -Be familiar with MS Office -Be over 21 years of age. -English must be your first language

The Dubai recruitment market is exceptionally buoyant with a huge amount of opportunity for capable recruiters. You will be given a 3 month training program tailored to your individual strengths and weaknesses with the aim of giving you all of the tools you need to become a world class professional recruiter.

The package includes a good basic salary, medical cover and annual air ticket plus an exceptional commission structure.
