Research, procedures, manual writing, process documentation, technical knowledge of software support, SRS, Technical Manuals, ERD, Flow Charts documentation standards, type-setting and document aesthetics.

The technical writer would be responsible for the following:-

• Responsible for writing business proposals.
• Documentation for different Software’s help and manual.
• Develop Software Requirements Specifications.
• Expert in use of MS Office Environment.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills in English.
