Having specialization in .NET, Siebel and SAP technologies, headquartered in Chicago has Karachi based openings in their International Development Center in Karachi. We are looking for high caliber individuals that are willing to do whatever it takes to deliver the highest quality of work to our clients.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who has a solid knowledge of IT recruiting in IT industry with knowledge of a variety of technologies (.NET, PHP), and a demonstrated ability to locate talent for harder to find skill sets (i.e. CRM) a plus.

Qualifications Required:

• BS/MBA(MIS) from a reputed university.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English – written and spoken.
• Must be flexible in work timings to accommodate some overlap with US hours.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of IT technical recruiting experience with strong network within the IT community.
• Ability to develop relationship with candidates.
• Effective interview methodology.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT terminology.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment and multi-task.
• Strong listening skills.

Hambra follows a strict interview process including testing on the above mentioned requirements.
