Job Title: System Administrator.

Job Type: Permanent ( first shift ).

Job Location: Karachi.

Gender: Male.

Age: 20 years - 35 years.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager).

Minimum Experience: 2 Years.

Open Positions: 3 (Three).

Job Description:

Installing, supporting, and maintaining servers or other computer systems, and planning for and responding to service outages and other problems. A System Administrator must demonstrate a blend of technical skills and responsibility which may include:

• Performing backups.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Network Designing Diagram, Workflows, Charting and network policies.
• Content writing for in-house deployed Network Infrastructure.
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• Answering technical queries.
• Responsibility for security.
• Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
• Network Designing Diagram, Workflows, Charting and network policies. - Troubleshooting any reported problems.
• System performance tuning.
• Insuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
• Writing basic level SQL Queries for Databases.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor Degree Must be Graduate (Certification will be a value add) .
• 2-3 years experience in Systems Administration .
• Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2000/2003, Linux.
• Advanced knowledge of Internet Information Services 5.x and 6.0.
• Knowledge and troubleshooting of MS SQL Server 2000.
• Working knowledge of web application security, understanding of vulnerabilities and countermeasures.
• Can manage and maintain Network availability for servers (DC, ISA, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, ORACLE,IIS, MS CRM, MS GP).
• Can maintain 24/7 inter-connectivity (VPNs).
• Can manage SharePoint portal server 2007.
• Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
• Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
