Support Engineer Required (Saudi Arabia)

IT Support Engineer, familiar with Microsoft technologies, is required in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description & Responsibility:

  • Ability to build, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and notebook PCs running Windows XP Professional.
  • Basic computer networking skills.
  • Active Directory knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating System.
  • PC management skills.
  • Ability to learn new software tools and products.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP in a LAN/WAN environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot users, groups, and share permissions in Active Directory.
  • Must possess a strong understanding of Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Outlook Exchange.
  • Installation, Administration, Performance Tuning, Anti Virus, User Data Back-up and recovery, and troubleshooting of Workstation.
  • Installation, Support, troubleshooting of common office tools, software and equipment.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field One or more of the following certifications: MSCE, CCNA

Skills:

  • Familiar with Windows Network Environment.
  • Thorough understanding of networking concept and technologies including DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN,TCP/IP, Wireless technology, etc
  • Familiar with installation and administration of Email.

Other Competencies:

  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Willing to take responsibilities and work under pressure environment.

No. of Year Experience: 2 Years of Hand on Experience.

Platforms: Microsoft Windows Environment.
