• Developing the assigned system process and quality standards.
• Execution/control end to end system testing and deployment.
• Monitoring/Reporting on the progress.
• Identify and manage project dependence and critical path.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors.

Required Skills:-

• Must have at least 6 month Team Lead experience.
• Java SE, Java EE, JSP,JSF, Servlets, Struts 1.x, Hibernate 3.x,
• EJB Beans, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, CSS, Direct Web Remoting, Web Services, JSP Custom Tags, JDBC, XPath, XML Schema, JavaScript, JSF, Rich Faces.
