Lead, design, install and administer mission critical LAN/WAN voice and data networks (Routers, Switches, firewall, IDS/IPS, Call Managers, IP Telephones, Unity, CRS, Application layer switches and Network Management Systems). Ensure high availability, security and performance of the voice and data networks (LAN/WAN).

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

1. vDesign/architect, install, support, maintain, troubleshoot and tune LAN/WAN for data and voice communications across all locations.

2. Create network baseline to monitor and ensure optimal performance and security of the network.

3. Design, Install and Administer the Cisco Call managers, IP Telephones, Unified messaging, and IP Contact Center etc.

4. Ensure regular backups, configuration backups, develop and maintain disaster recovery plans/procedures, and regularly test the same.

5. Prepare regular network utilization and performance reports for trend analysis and capacity planning.

6. Design, Install, Monitor, and administer network security systems such as the firewall, IDS/IPS, Routers, Switches, and Cisco Works etc.

7. Act as the single source of all technical support for the entire voice and data communications network systems of the company.

8. Ensure system security, system patching, and conduct regular log analysis, system audits.

9. Create and maintain system document and configuration change log.

10. Evaluate, select, integrate and implement new system architectures, tools and techniques.

11. ITIL certification of familiarity preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)& One or more of the following Cisco Certifications: CCSP (Cisco Certified Security Professional)CCIE Routing & Switching (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert - Routing & Switching).

Skills: Design, Install, Configure and Administration of Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Call Manager and Unified messaging. Supporting IP Contact Centers preferred, familiarity must.

No. of Year Experience: Minimum 6 years experience in design, install and support of large converged voice and data networks for an enterprise. Hands on IP Telephony experience.
