Job Specifications:

We are looking for experienced, MBS Dynamics CRM technical and implementation consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting MS CRM software or similar products, lead implementations, configurations, customizations, training, user support, and possibly some pre-sales.

Should also have:

• Prior Sales, Marketing and Service experience.
• Familiarization experience in Microsoft Sql Reporting Services (SRS).
• Familiarization experience of current technologies including Microsoft .Net framework, Microsoft C#, .Net, Microsoft Sql Server & Html.
• Microsoft certifications in more than one technology (i.e. MS CRM, MCSD, MCSE, etc).
• Ability to provide QC oversight on assigned projects.
• Ability to conceptualize and design architectural and system-wide objects, perform application and system troubleshooting.
• 2+ years Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with Microsoft CRM, Saleslogix, ACT!, Goldmine, C360, Axonom, or Onyx.
• 1+ years working knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Server, Networking Services.
• 1+ years software implementation experience for Sales Force Automation (SFA) projects, Call Center, Service Center projects or Marketing Automation projects.
• 1+ years working experience with XML, SOA and web services.

The chosen candidate will be expected to follow implementation, configuration and testing tasks within project schedules, follow project management requirements, user and customer requirements as well to utilize business application technologies in a variety of relevant languages to develop packaged software on medium to highly complex projects.

The candidate will be responsible to assist in data conversion process and validation of converted data, of completing document application requirements, technical specifications, engage in skill related work assignments of moderate to high complexity with high degree of independence.
