Job Description:

To create HR plans (as part of OP/ TPA) with the SDL. Lead a team of HR Managers / ERMs so as to enable highly engaged employees for operations. Plan interventions to improve employee retention. Drive daily operating rigor for implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience as a generalist HR handing employee engagement, hiring, managing retention, dealing with employee satisfaction / issues. Planning / budgeting for HR, design and implementation of interventions to manage retention, growth, etc.
