Job Description:

• Attend Client meetings when requested and take thorough notes.
• Prepare mood boards and presentation.
• Space planning development.
• Prepare detailed drawings.
• Issue Project Interior specifications and budgets.
• Approve all finishes, samples, drawings
• Submitted by the contractor.
• Directly supervise the installation of finishes and furniture onsite.

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Commercial Interior Design, preferably with extensive experience in Hospitality Design.
• Must have a design degree in Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture from an accredited University
• Must have knowledge of all code compliances related to Interior Design.
• Knowledge in (AutoCAD, 3D Modeling, Photoshop, MS Office).
• Expert in free hand drawing skills.
