We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Support / Back Office Manager
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage the delivery, quality, capacity deadline and other KPI’s are met for data entry and order processing of Corporate Orders and Projects.
- Manage the scheduling and optimizing of resourcing to ensure staff are deployed across the unit in order to respond to capacity demands in an effective manner.
- Day to day Management, Motivation, Coaching of the Team Leaders and their teams to ensure that they are at all times capable of delivering the levels of service required to satisfy customer requirements and for the sales revenue targets to be achieved.
- Ensure the provision of ongoing training is provided to all teams within the unit
- Input into the development and updating of processes within the department by co-ordinating with the Head of Section Service Development.
- Ensure the system development of back office support infrastructure in order to respond to new product or service offerings happens.
- Constantly review and update the current order processing systems to ensure its smooth and effective operation in order to process sales orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to agreed targets and KPI’s.
- Ensure sufficient operation and staffing levels are achieved to respond to the 0800 customer query line in order to meet customer satisfaction requirements and KPI’s.
- Ensure development and delivery of Management Reports in a timely and accurate manner as required by the Senior Management, i.e. Order Process Reporting status, Order Volume, Revues etc. analyzing the data and providing narrative and recommendations as appropriate.
- Ensure the actions expected to be taken by other parts of the business actually happen by co-ordinating with other Sections Heads in other Business Units, following through with outstanding issues in order to meet expected customer KPI’s in terms of delivery and turnaround times.

- Understanding of sales order processing software
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :
- Numbers of Orders Processed
- Accuracy of Orders (error rate)
- Delivery Times Met / Turnaround times
- Customer Satisfaction
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Knowledge of IT order processing systems is a must
- Bachelor degree in business administration or similar.
