Our client in the Oil and Gas industry is seeking a strong individual to join them as Regional HR Analyst. You will assist the Regional HR Director for development and implementation of regional HR processes/systems/programs in line with overall human resources strategy and plans.

You will also assist the Region HR Director in managing HR services such as recruitment, training and C&B for regional employees.

You will help local (facility) HR to develop and implement local HR policies and programs in line with region HR strategy and plans and Help/support local HR in Human Resources management in the areas of organizational planning, recruitment, training and development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, etc.

Assisting the Regional HR Director to build HR organizational capability within the region will also be a part of your responsibility.

To be considered for the role you must have excellent communication skills and must have minimum 2-3 years of Human Resources experience preferably in multinational company.

Local market experience is a plus. You should have a degree in a relevant discipline and be able to demonstrate your negotiation and influencing skills.

The ideal candidate must be sensitive to cultural, religious and ethnic diversity as 15 different nationalities are covered in region.
