As part of the expansion of our business we at focus direct are looking to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic and result - oriented Recruitment Consultants.

To qualify for the role, the candidate will be sales oriented and target driven. Knowledge of the UAE business environment preferred.

• Strong ability to understand client’s requirement with clarity.
• Developing a project plan per assignment.
• Monitor the progress of project plan to ensure precise and accurate results and action
• Enhance the candidate database consistently by keeping track of leads
• Prepare job advertisements with clarity
• Conduct in-depth face to face interviews of qualified candidates
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to get desired results
• Client and candidate management to ensure professional approach.
• Build and maintain long–term client relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop new business opportunities by keeping updated on market information.
• Carry out other administrative tasks as and when required
• A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
• PC skills in MS Word, and Excel, essential
• Possess a strong consultative approach dealing with clients and candidates
• Working experience in sales or operations
• Experienced working with specialist areas in Marketing / Sales / Admin Support / Finance.
• Networking skills and research ability
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Level of maturity in dealing with both clients and candidates is essential
• The drive to set challenging standards & goals, to make continuous improvements and accept full responsibility for delivering results
• Driven by achievements, results
• Passionate about recruitment and helping people realize their dream careers
• Experienced in managing a team of people
