As part of the expansion of our business we at focus direct are looking to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic and result – oriented Recruitment Consultants.

To qualify for the role, the candidate will be sales oriented and target driven. Knowledge of the UAE business environment preferred.

Strong ability to understand client’s requirement with clarity.
Developing a project plan per assignment.
Monitor the progress of project plan to ensure precise and accurate results and action
Enhance the candidate database consistently by keeping track of leads
Prepare job advertisements with clarity
Conduct in-depth face to face interviews of qualified candidates
Strong ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to get desired results
Client and candidate management to ensure professional approach.
Build and maintain long–term client relationships with new and existing clients
Develop new business opportunities by keeping updated on market information.
Carry out other administrative tasks as and when required
A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
PC skills in MS Word, and Excel, essential
Possess a strong consultative approach dealing with clients and candidates
Working experience in sales or operations
Experienced working with specialist areas in Marketing / Sales / Admin Support / Finance.
Networking skills and research ability
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Level of maturity in dealing with both clients and candidates is essential
