A USA based IT Staffing and Consulting Company requires Recruiters /Human Resource Executives for its off shore center in Karachi. If you possess strong English communication skills and some sales/marketing or HR experience, you might be the right candidate for this job.
The selected candidate will basically be carrying out the traditional recruiting responsibilities of sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates to our clients, negotiating pay rates and driving the recruiting process to successful closure.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to successfully interface with consultants / clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer Service orientation.
- Basic understanding of IT Concepts & different software, etc.
- Strong understanding of the Internet and search strategies.
- Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must be able to assess technical requirements and the have the ability to successfully screen and interview candidates.
Selected candidates will be offered a base salary of Rs. 40000/- to 50,000/- per month plus attractive commission plan with future opportunity to join the company’s headquarters in the USA in the long run.
