Quantity Surveyor cum Project Administrator (Abu Dhabi)

Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 7 years experiences in contract administration & procurement as well as Building M&E Services design & Coordination.
Good command of English.
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for giving preliminary cost estimates for projects, evaluate tenders, taking quantities from drawings & produce Bill of Materials/ Bill of Quantity for costing during purposes tendering stage.
To assist Project Manager/ Engineers in terms of Variation Claims & justification of cost with client consultants.
To review Bill of Quantity in Tender Documents/ Drawings and Terms & Conditions.
4 To assist in projects cash flow projection.
