Candidate should have 3 to 5 years experience in QA/testing, preferably in training, simulation, or software development industry.

• He or She should have experience designing testing processes, reports, documents, and checklist.
• Should have the ability to assess current testing processes and make improvement recommendations. Excellent communication skills required.
• Training development, instructional design, or technical writing experience is a big plus.

Skills Required:

• Experience in business system functional testing and QA methodologies and/or software development life cycle experience.
• QA functional system testing for large multi-platform (Microsoft, Linux, Unix, Solaris) software development projects.
• Developing and executing test scripts and validating results.
• Working with developers, business analysts, project managers, and release management.
• Performs duties related to Quality Assurance, unit testing, integration testing, and/or regression testing. Performs test model validations.
• Experience with implementing software testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL to perform queries and database validation.
• Interfaces with others on implementation, including end users, technical writers, user acceptance testers and software developers.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skill in documenting problem, challenge, code bugs.
