One of our Clients is looking for Project Director for the following role.

Professional Qualification/Experience:

Bachelors Degree Civil Engineering.
A minimum of 15 years hands-on technical expertise and proven ability of managing mega projects in civil engineering, building and infrastructure.

Professional Experience & Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall project management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of the project in accordance with client requirements, organizational policies/ procedures, contract specifications, and time and cost specifications.
Establish and implement project plans, manage project budgets and resources, enforce project standards, forecast revenues and profitability, and manage all quality assurance aspects and change control processes.
Identify project barriers and recommend risk mitigation techniques, induct technical reviews, manage team allocation, mobilize qualified personnel for specified tasks.
Prepare monthly progress reports.
An analytical decision maker, must also have solid technical orientation, commercial acumen, excellent project & time management skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
