Programmer Analyst – Oracle PL/SQL and Informix (Dubai)

An international payment solution vendor is hiring a Programmer Analyst to join their software development and project support team.
The purpose of the role is to perform software coding and user acceptance testing (UAT), provide technical support, installation of financial software and user training.
The position involves extensive liaison with customers within the financial industry and configuration of solutions that are developed on Microsoft technology.
You will travel to other regions in the Middle East on project basis, participate in requirement gathering from customers, contribute and advise on the full range of the software lifecycle phases and provide technical input in area of expertise to the bid process.
The incumbent must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in VB.net,ASP.net, Oracle 10g and PL/SQL. In addition, experience in database programming and exposure to ISO 8583 message format/assembly language, Java,
IBM Informix or other data servers used for Online transactions are highly preferred.
