Procurement Officer (Abu Dhabi)

Minimum Qualification : Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering Operations management.

CIPS with at least three to five years experience of which one year in power / desalination plant is required.

Should have experience in computer applications such as MS OFFICE , MP2, spread sheets (Excel, Lotus, Assess), graphics (Freelance, PowerPoint), typing, and telephone use.

Good knowledge in Maximo system for processing various requisitions , orders and payments.

Excellent written and oral communication and inter-personal skills are essential.

Demonstrated ability to analyze a problem and pursue it to a successful conclusion.

Should possess UAE driving license.

Role :Responsible for the ordering of spare and consumable parts and supplies and knowledgeable of the material management system.

Knowledge of material and parts requisitioning, receiving reports, vendors, and suppliers, import duties and shipping terms and methods.

To assist the maintenance and planning / scheduling departments for procurement of parts and supplies on a timely basis, retrieved and packaged for delivery to the end user.

Supervises the storekeepers and storeroom operation to meet material management performance.

Salary : AED 9,000 – AED 13,000 towards Basic, Housing and Conveyance+ bonus + Paid Leave + Medical + Ticket Allowance.
