As a Senior Team Member, you would be responsible for development and effective implementation of production targets, quality standards and improvement plans in the Plant in accordance with the company objective and strategies.

• Developing 5S
• Six Sigma
• Lean Production
• Muda Elimination
• Progress Reporting

Furthermore, you will be required to present in different forums, develop strategies and actions plans for improved working

Skills Required:

Know-how of Japanese Management System / Hands On approach in work area

Exposure to Production Management / Quality Systems / Kaizen / 5S

Excellent Management, People Handling & Computer

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s Degree
• MS/M.E / B.E. (Mechanical & Industrial Manufacturing) / B. Tech (Mechanical)
• 5 Years – 8 Years(Extensive experience of Production Management)
