1. Ph.D / M.Phil (Part Time):-

Preferably in Psychology, Pharmacology, Sociology or Anthropology.

1. Psychologists:-

Preferably female as the institute does most of the Research and Development work with women and children, experience with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Psychometric testing is desirable.

1. Research Doctors:-

Preferably with a long term interest in psychiatry with research experience, publication record and preferably experience of writing grant proposals.
