Taking care of PF, ESI, Statutory Compliances, Time Office & other Personnel Department responsibilities. Dealing with various Govt. Authorities, Labour/Worker Unions. Reporting to the Manager HR & IR. Good Communication Skills & Good Personality is a MUST

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • PGD in IR & Personnel with 4 plus years of experience in Personnel, HR, IR & Admin Department in Chem/AutoAncillary plant.
  • Must have good knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Factories Act, Ms Office & SAP. Good Personality & Communication Skills (both English & Hindi).

Experience: 4 – 9 Years
