To facilitate operations team.

Attend vessels calls at various ports calling under ISS Dubai agency and act as PIC for major principals either Tanker or Offshore and should report to operations supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Vessel attendance as vessel operator, to be responsible for all communication,coordination with port/terminal and other authorities, coordinate with ISS port executives for timely attendance for clearance and other requirements.
• Coordinate with tanker terminals, ports for smooth operation of vessel calls and to maintain good relations with officials.
• Coordinate with suppliers of various services of both internal (Vessel support crew desk, spares desk) and external to ensure quality service and products are supplied to vessel on a timely manner.
• Ensure the vessel is attended as per the QMS of ISS.
• Meet all KPI s set by ISS for all attending vessel calls.
• As per department managers instructions, assist other operation team members when required.
• Visiting important vessels.
• Completion of pre, during call, post call documentation on a timely manner.
• Proforma DAs check lists for final DA and POPADA entries to be attended promptly/ accurately.
• Reports, VMR and Market intelligence contribution.

Profile description:

Any graduate with computer knowledge and have a similar experience in shipping agency and a valid UAE driving license is desirable. The desirable candidate Should possess local procedure knowledge, ability to be a team player with good communication skills and should maintain good relation with customers and local authorities and time management.
