Online Customer Service Officer (Karachi)

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, follow-up, and maintain, strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. • Plan and prioritize personal Contact activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business goals, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity. • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent presentation/communication skills.

Experience:

“Customer Support in any discipline.

• Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email. • Must be energetic, aggressive and willing to learn.

Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience in computer product field is Preferred. telephone calls and internet skills is a must. It is a great opportunity for the right person to grow with a Multinational company.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent based on experience, tenure and accomplishments in related field. • BCS,BS,BBA. fresh graduate are Encourage to apply.
