The successful candidate will be:

• A Western Educated Degree holder, and
• A member of or in the process of obtaining RICS membership.
• Candidates without MRICS, but who have good UAE / Middle East experience may still send their CV.
• Typical project experience should be a mixture of pre and post contract works on buildings and infrastructure projects, such as hotels, high-rises, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, etc.

The position reports to the Director of the Abu Dhabi branch, and there is growth opportunity to become an Associate Director in a short span of time, due to the company’s aggressive expansion plans.
