Microsoft Systems Administrator Required (Saudi Arabia)

Lead, design, install and administer the Microsoft based IT Infrastructure such as servers, PC’s, Laptops, hardware, operating system, databases and applications hosted on the Microsoft environment.
Ensure high availability, security and performance of the servers and hosted applications. Provide all end user related support services.
Main Roles/Responsibilities:
Lead, design, install and administration of Active Directory, MS Exchange, PC’s & Laptops.
Create system baseline to monitor and ensure optimal performance and security of the systems.
Ensure backup of all mission critical servers and information hosted on Microsoft & UNIX platforms. Test the backup systems regularly to ensure recoverability as per the established RTO and RPO.
Prepare regular system utilization and performance reports for trend analysis and capacity planning.
Ensure high security by patching and provisioning of anti-virus and anti-malware systems.
Design, install and administer network services such as DHCP, DNS, WINS.
Conduct regular health checks and best practices analyses regularly, compare against benchmarks and provide timely reports
Act as the single source of all technical support for the Microsoft Infrastructure (Servers & workstations) and Backup systems.
Create and maintain system documentation and configuration changes logs.
Evaluate, select, integrate and implement new system architectures, tools and techniques relevant to the IT environment.
ITIL foundations certified or familiarity required.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
Skills: Supporting large Microsoft based environments.
No. of Year Experience: Minimum 4 years experience supporting Microsoft Win 2000/2003 servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003/2007, Cluster Servers, Win 2000/XP/Vista PC’s & Laptops.
