Knowledge in Safety of Chemical Plant
Knowledge in dismantling and assembly of centrifugal pumps.
Knowledge in dismantling and assembly of reciprocating pumps.
Knowledge in dismantling and assembly of mechanical pumps.
Knowledge of overhauling of various GEAR Boxes.
Knowledge of overhauling of submersible pumps/ centrifugal pumps, magnetic driven pumps & blowers.
Knowledge in various packing material used in chemical plants.
Knowledge in various Material of construction of chemical equipments.
Knowledge in various material of construction of seal seats.
Knowledge in ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001.
Knowledge in dismantling and assembly of multi stage centrifugal pumps.
Knowledge in testing of reactors and lifting tools and tackles.
Knowledge of various testing equipments used in chemical plant.
Knowledge in dismantling and fitting of various valves. Sight glass, flame arresters, breather valves, SRV’s etc.
Knowledge of dressing of police filters & filters.
Knowledge of predictive, preventive & break-down maintenance of Chemical plant equipments.
