Manager / Senior Manager – Solution Architect (Gurgaon,Kolkata,Mumbai)

Job Description:
- Understand technical requirements (GR’s) of the contracted SI solution and engage customer to get all required information and have overall agreement on the proposed solution.
- Owns the technical solution during the project phase.
- Do a feasibility study of the solution with customer meetings and matching customer requirements with contracted solution.
- Support the Project Managers by drilling down the solution into activities and provide estimate efforts to make the project budget.
- Responsible for assigning activities & review technical progress of the project with Solution Integrators.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- BE/ B-Tech with 10-13 years experience(Solution Delivery Network Management Systems)
- 5 years plus experience with preferred hands on delivery experience in Network Management Solutions like OSS/NMS. Solutions would include:
- OSS integration activities to various network elements,
- Integration of NMS for Marconi SO-x solutions,
- Integration of Redback NMS solutions to NMS.
- Integration of NMS to other 3rd party NMS
- Hands on experience and or in-depth knowledge in the two or more competence areas:
- FM (TeMIP, Netcool, HP)
- PM (Mycom/Metrica)
- CM, RAD, Diagnostics, SW load Mgmt, NBIF 3GPP, OSS overview, IM (Cramer/Mertasolf),
- High level domain knowledge of GSM Core, Radio, Transmission & MPLS network.
