Manager / Senior Manager (Hyderabad)

Job Description:

Reporting to India Head HR and would provide Compensation related support to the IT business of the organization with around 4000 associates.

- Support all corporate compensation actions including and not limited to promotions, job family definitions, merger and acquisition related efforts.
- Designing, development, implementation & administration of compensation ranges based on job evaluation and grouping.
- Partner on complex compensation and benefits design and implementation processes
- Implement large scale compensation and benefits projects across businesses including socialization and obtaining approvals across a wide stakeholder group in a matrix environment
- Participate in special projects assigned within the Comp & Ben team such as process improvements, plan design, policy changes, HR education delivery, etc.
- Participate in the ‘Annual Review’ process and partner with the business.
- Develop Competitive Intelligence, best practice depository
- Working on the creation of formal group and individual compensation Plans (stock option incentives, etc)
- Support C& B planning for US, UK & Sri Lanka
- Designing, development, implementation and administration of Performance Management for India. Support HR Leaders with templates for US, UK and Sri Lanka.

Desired Profile:

- At least 4-5 years of demonstrated Comp & Ben experience in a large multinational environment with at least 2 years in a large IT Organisation.
- Familiarity with off shoring/IT business.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and understanding of the business, IT Skillsets.
- Exceptionally strong project management skills are required and the ability to prioritize and communicate clearly on all levels within the organization. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and conditional formatting is required along with the ability to analyze large volumes of data
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resource administration in general and employee compensation in particular; point-factor job evaluation system; applicable state employment laws.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Must have experience working in onsite/offshore model
