Responsibilities

Make and monitor critical path deadlines in the production life cycle in all of product areas i.e. fabric, dyeing, planning sheets, work orders.

Plan quantity and styles seasonal collection plan with the business development unit. Maintain style SKU count, recommend pricing strategies and help set initial margin goals.

Once quantity planning is agreed make a production time and action plan together with production team.

Manage and monitor product merchandisers.

Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with them as and when they occur.

Vendor sourcing & new product development.

Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas across the company matrix, such as sales, marketing, manufacturing and operations to lead marketing and sales strategies specific to the business development unit.

Skills, Education & Experience Required

4-5 Years industry experience. 3-4 years managerial experience. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. MBA or Equitant.
