Professional Qualification: ACCA/ACA /MBA Finance.

Professional Experience & Job Responsibilities:

• Must have knowledge about funds accounting.
• Over all supervision of the finance department function / assigned function.
• Ensuring compliance with policies.
• Ensuring Tax compliance issues.
• Ensuring timely payments / disbursement.
• Secretarial and corporate affairs compliance / Timely submission of different returns.
• Preparation of financial statements.
• Timely execution of audits and other reviews.
• Various management reporting.
• Continuous thinking and efforts for system / process improvement resulting in cost cut and productivity.
• Working experience in an Asset Management Company for the same position would be highly appreciated.
