Formal education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Master in Business Administration.
Experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Position Summary:

Build and grow the Dealer business.
Coordinate with Sales Managers to identify potential businesses for dealers to promote for company.
Interact with dealers to understand their needs and define their contract conditions.
Set targets for dealers and monitor their performance. Also obtain information on competitor performance through dealer business.
Liaise closely with Sales Managers / Dealers / and Product Management to help improve the product portfolio of dealers while keeping a strict product divide for own / dealers sales.
Organize dealers conference for effective dealer business promotion.
Coordinate with Regional Dealer Manager to establish and meet the regional business targets.
