Manager Business Development:-

We are looking for a dynamic business development manager to promote Design Services in Pakistan, Europe and North America.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Uncover business opportunities from a target customers base.
• Build sales funnels, contact customers and generate leads.
• Gathering customer requirements for specific opportunities and general market needs.
• Schedule customer meetings, share leads with North America based sales leadership.
• Developing solution proposals.
• Supporting the North American Sales team in closing business.
• Interacting a bridge between design center and sales teams.
• Interfacing with management to promote design services business strategy
• Representing and taking responsibility for design services opportunities in the local sales market.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in one of the following fields: Embedded, Networking and Web technologies. A minimum of 3 years experience selling technology and/or engineering services is a must.

The person in this position must have customer exposure expertise, preferably in technical sales or marketing. This person should also have ability to work independently along with the ability to successfully operate within a matrixed organization while delivering on key objectives. Experience with North American/Europe based customers is a big plus. The ideal candidate will posses both a technical background that enables them to easily interact with software developers and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and marketing challenges-with the ability to build compelling value propositions. Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and Computer Science background highly desired; working knowledge of web services and networking technologies highly desired. Candidate must be very motivated.
