Handling Legal, Regulatory & Compliance activities of the company,responsibility of handling litigations, compliance of labour, statutory & local laws, arbitration, cheque bounce Conciliation Consumer Disputes Drafting of business contracts etc

Desired Candidate Profile:

Advising the company with reference required to be made in lieu of the above as also ensuring that the unlawful demands raised are duly represented before the competent executive judicial authorities; Briefing the Senior Counsels and all Legal matter
