Position Responsibilities

• Assisting and Co-ordinating in tasks as assigned by Linux Consultant.
• Willing to travel to corporate clients.
• Willing to be placed as Resident Engineer in corporate clients.
• Assist in configuring Linux environment.
• Maintaining and monitoring basic services such as email, file and printing services, domain issues and etc.
• Ensuring proper and consistent service availability to all users in corporate

LAN.

• Giving desktop support to users within the organization.
• Resolving hardware and software issues..

Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,application and tools.
• Basic knowledge of networking technologies.
• A good understanding of TCP/IP.
• Basic scripting techniques.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Qualification:

• Minimum BCS with additional certification on LINUX Systems Administration.
• At least one year experience in Linux platform.
• A+ or Linux certification will be an additional advantage.
