Qualification.

Bachelor degree in mechanical discipline together with minimum 2 years of experience maximum 7 years of experience in contracts

Responsibilities:-

• Understands the contract between the employer & the company word by word and capture its true spirit.
• Issue a list and its periodical updates for major events under the contract and raise alarm in case of negligence on part of project team.
• To record all events under the contract and ensure that company’s rights are protected and that all situations are fully explored for the best interest of the Company.
• Prepare all possible claims under the contract in consultation with I/C Contracts Admin. & Cost Control.
• Raise monthly progress invoices and get these authorized by the customer and effect receive of funds in the most prompt manner.
• Raise and settle final invoice with the Customer, get all acceptance certificates issued under the Contract and collect all original guarantees from the Customer and deliver to the Finance Department of the Company.
• Keeps close focus on contractual milestone dates and advises I/C Contracts Admin. & Cost Control.
• Cautions I/C Contracts Admin. & Cost Control to pre-empt situations of potential claims by constantly analyzing any changes in contractual scope, quantities, conditions, specifications etc.
• Initiates correspondence in time and maintains up to date records to deal with any claims.
• Understands the Contract, Budget, Cost Centers, Expense heads, Work Breakdown Structure and their mapping with Original contract B.O.Q.
• Ensure that all Descon & Client’s HSE requirements will be fulfilled.
• Takes ownership of company’s QHSE Policy, Core & Operating Values, and ensures their implementation.
