• Must have Superior knowledge of J2EE, JMS, EJB, SOAP, JSP/Servlet, JDBC, XML, libraries, application servers and Reporting Tools (Crystal Reports etc.).
• Must have experienced with SPRING framework, Hibernate and Struts preferred.
• Must be very strong with design patterns, OOP and SDLC concepts.
• Must have knowledge of relational database environment. Strong SQL, PL/SQL. (preferably Oracle 9iAS/10g).
• Experienced with Service Oriented Architecture with complicated systems based on messaging bus.
• Knowledge of WAP/WML and AJAX technologies would be an added advantage
• Must have extensive experience with multi-tier J2EE application design and development.
• Administration of Linux and any Application Server would be a big plus.
• Prefer strong experience with web application design and development required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivated and committed attitude, able to work as a key member of the development team.
