• Have 7 to 10 years of extensive experience in managing large projects and technical teams.
• Has a proven record in project management.
• Has a good understanding of quality methodology.
• Can work independently without too much hand holding.
• Has a good understanding of the business domain of global markets ERP, CRM and Portal System experience would be helpful.
• Has experience working with the business and dealing with their demands.
• Has an understanding of current technologies and how they can be used eCommerce etc.
• Can work with both the development team and with business stakeholders to ensure that what is being built will match what the customer expects and that this development occurs within the expected time frame.
• Can work with a diverse team in different locations.
• Is able to communicate well and provide proper reporting, exposing resource and scheduling issues as well as provide a communications vehicle for issues as they begin to occur.
• Extensive knowledge of CMMI and ISO processes.

Individual must have an excellent communication skill and be well conversant in the use of Project Management Skills.

PMI certification would be a plus point.

The candidate must have a pleasant personality and a flair for hard work and command over English.
