Lead, Plan, Develop and follow up of all required activities to ensure a stable and scalable IT Infrastructure (Data Center, Servers, LAN/WAN, IP Telephony, and Storage, Information Security etc) of Arbah Capital.
Position: IT Infrastructure Team Lead
The main responsibilities include:
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
To manage the complete IT infrastructure (Data Center, Servers, LAN/WAN, IP Telephony, and Storage, Information Security etc) of the company across all locations as per industry best practices and standards.
To generate regular reports to ensure optimal performance and capacity planning for the IT Infrastructure. Provide regular reports to the IT management for activities of the section.
Direct, establish, plan and implement policies and procedures and ensure adherence to support the organizations IT infrastructure support services.
Provide advanced technical support and mentoring to the entire IT Infrastructure team and manage their activities.
Act as a single point of contact for all Infrastructure technology related issues of the company.
Coordinate with other team members of IT and end users to ensure quality of services delivered to the clients and users.
Coordinate with external vendors for purchase of IT equipment and services. Ensure that the vendors follow defined guidelines, security protocols, conduct business practices as agreed and conform to the service benchmarks and best practices.
Interact extensively with end users and management to understand and analyze their IT requirements and therefore requires a high order of communication skills (both written and verbal).
Lead the planning, design, development and management of the company information risk management system comprising all associated policies and procedures development/adherence, and implementation/administration of required technology and products.
