For a leading finance company based in Abu Dhabi. You will provide:

• IT helpdesk support and
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT,
• With 5 years of system / user support experience.
• MCSE / MCSA certifications are a plus.
• You will assist in the daily IT operations and
• Be the first point of contact at the IT Helpdesk.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Knowledge of Windows installation, Desktop troubleshooting, Active Directory configuration;
• Maintenance of PC hardware and software, network infrastructure and devices essential.
