Skills Required for this Job

  • Experience as Service Advisor with a knowledge of workshop workflow.
  • Knowledge of automotive spare parts.
  • Ability to speak and write Arabic with basic English.
  • Firm communication skills.
  • Computer knowledge in basic Microsoft office

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Cost estimation and invoicing
  • Receives reports from workshop that regard to any possible cost overruns compared to the estimate given to the customer.
  • Intimates to Service Advisors, before work is started on the job order, revises estimates and states reasons for change on the job card for communication to and approval of the customer.
  • Prepares invoices based on original (or revised) estimates provided to the customer and forwards them to service advisors for settlement by the customer.
  • Complies with policies and procedures with regard to pricing, discounts specified by the Company seeking approvals from Job Dispatcher for any deviations.
