Responsibilities.

-Perform System monitoring, backup and restoration. -Provide First Level check on DC incident. -Manage and ensure prompt escalation of hotline enquiries. -Maintenance of Report Tape and Media storage.

Requirements: -Min. 1 year relevant experience in Data Centre Operations. -Prior experience in basic server and all its related peripherals operation required. -Prior experience in IBM Mainframe operating system and application including MVS, JES2, VTAM/Netview and scheduling & taping library software required. -Able to communicate fluently in English Language. -Willing to work on 12 hours shift/3 rotating shift.
