Job Description:

Candidate must have Mechanical Engineering Degree with minimum 8 plus years experience in the field of any Petrochemical/Refinery or any other industrial industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirements through thorough study of specification /design guide and study of BEDD (Basic Engineering Design data).
Estimation of man hours based on the deliverable list.
Preparation of execution methodology for the project.
Heat Load calculation using ELITE SOFTWARE.
Selection of equipment for heating, air-conditioning & ventilation systems and estimation of plant room size.
Ducting design and sizing.
Fan external static pressure calculation and pump head calculation.
Preparation of mechanical data sheet.
Preparation of calculation reports.
Preparation of HVAC specification.
Sizing of plant room w.r.t to the heat load capacity and equipment selection.
Estimation of plant room clear height considering equipment height, plenum height and connections to the plenum.
Preparation of engineering flow diagram for the HVAC system showing the necessary controls with the DDC (Direct Digital Controller).
Preparation of HVAC plant room drawing.

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

Should have good knowledge in international standards and software in their respective fields. Should be proficient in English communication.
