Qualifications.
- Be Between 30 to 35 years of age.
- Be able to communicate and understand English.
- Have at least 3 years of human resource management & Training experience including , employee recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of company and personnel policies and procedures administration.
- Be able to research and resolve employee situations quickly and logically.
- Knowledge of hiring and firing methods and requirements.
Coordinates and administers the various day-to-day responsibilities and support activities of the Human Resources Department, which includes recruiting, hiring, training, employee records management, and employee orientation. Evaluates and maintains employee administration standards, assists in developing personnel policies, systems and procedures and ensures that company functions in these areas are consistent with overall company objectives, policies, procedures and best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide training and guidance to our employees.
- Responsible for maintaining current, up-to-date employee handbooks, orientation forms, and training manuals.
- Responsible for administering pre-employment tests, background checks and reference checks relating to all job candidates.
- Directs and monitors the processing, filing and data entry of employee source data and documentation into the manual personnel files and payroll processing system; develops and implements policies and systems to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness and efficiency in personnel records and payroll management.
- Keeps employees informed on benefits programs and related issues.
- Administers regular training programs for employees in the areas of service, hygine, safety, first aid.
- Performs new employee orientation program.
- Advises management on all personnel-related matters.
- Responsible for all employee recruitment and hiring activities throughout the recruiting and selection process and completes all necessary paperwork prior to the start of employment.
