HR Recruitment Consultant Required (Karachi)

We are looking for a money-motivated HR Recruitment Consultant to join our HR sales team.
We are looking for someone who can prospect aggressively online, identify talent and find candidates for complex technology recruitment for consultative selling of (software developers, system analyst, designer etc) outsource personnel services .
Essential Functions:
- Find and recruit talent from Online Website, Job groups, and Interview them.
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner and finalize new employee contracts.
- Correspond and converse in the night or day to liaison with US clients.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
- HR Outsource Technology Services Experience
- At least 2 years of B2B Technology HR services experience
- Successful and stable technology screening experience
- Aggressive prospecting ability for new talent
- A winning attitude to convince candidates to join our team
Compensation/Rewards: As per candidates previous experience and expectations
