HR Manager for France based MNC (Pakistan)

France based MNC dealing with transmition and distribution of energy is currently seeking HR Manager for its Pakistan Branch.

Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or equivalent
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, with experience of functional management
- Strong Leadership and communication skills
- Experience of working in a global Company, confidently and independently
- Knowledge of both domestic and international relationships, while working in a matrix environment.
- Ability to relate to people cross culturally with a high degree of diplomacy, judgment and ability to influence persons in all types of positions
Specific knowledge:
- English + other foreign language (welcome) and good communication skills
- Knowledge of Performance Management Systems and Training process
